Nieland’s PWP Rolling presses simply focus on rolling/stretching the panels, as any bending or forming process is performed by the existing press brake.

The PWP press can also be combined with a SBP press. Benefits of this combination are the increased efficiency as the number of tool changes is reduced, and of course a lower investment.

The open construction of Nieland’s frame bending machines, provides the operator with the perfect view of the bending process.
These machines will bend flat bulbs, T- and angle bars with ease. The inversed curve can be sprayed on the frame by the frame cutting line and, because of the open SBK construction the operator is able to make an easy check on the required radius.
