A smooth implementation process
Together with your team our seasoned project managers will ensure a smooth implementation process. Including completion of all required paperwork and registration, shipment, and custom clearance.
Before shipment, a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) will be performed which you can either physically, or digitally attend.
We will guide you through any onsite preparation that may be needed, prior to the team of Nieland service engineers’ arrival.
Once delivered, the shipbuilding press should be installed in approximately 2 weeks. The team will then complete the Site Acceptance Test and commissioning of the press.
Training programs
Training begins immediately after installation. Our trainers are specialists in cold forming technology and will provide on-site training for a three-month period, producing the panels needed for your operations, from day one. After the initial 3-months, your operators will have a good understanding of the cold forming process and be able to work individually and create complex hull panels like bulbous, saddle shaped, double curved and twisted panels.
